As CEO of Women in Super, she champions women’s economic security, drawing on her rich background in governance, compliance, industrial relations, and campaign leadership. Known for her empowering leadership style, Jo brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and the kind of strategic thinking that turns insight into impact. Her work reflects a career-long commitment to social change and creating systems that work for everyone.

Micaela leads the only independent member association of its kind in Australia, representing individuals and organisations across Victoria committed to achieving intersectional gender equality. With over 20 years of experience across the not-for-profit, public health, local government, peak body, and tertiary education sectors, she brings a wealth of insight in advocacy, education, engagement, and governance. A former Mayor and Ministerial Adviser, Micaela has long championed gender equity initiatives and health policy reform. She also contributes her expertise as a Teaching Associate at Monash University and serves on several government advisory bodies.
