Brad Gale is an accomplished leader in financial services with extensive experience in strategic business management, investment advisory, and corporate transformation. Since joining Wilsons Advisory in 2012, Brad has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s success, leading its privatisation and collaborating closely with partners to establish the strategic framework that underpins the company today.

Brad’s career includes senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs JBWere, where he served as Partner and Managing Director, and at NAB, where he led the acquisition of JBWere from Goldman Sachs. He has also held roles at KPMG and Credit Suisse in London. His leadership has driven transformative growth initiatives, including managing advisory groups overseeing more than $50 billion in assets and establishing innovative investment solutions targeting new markets.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Chartered Accountant (CA), and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Beyond his professional achievements, Brad is committed to improving education and economic empowerment and is an advocate for gender equality. Through Wilsons Advisory’s “Ambition Unlimited” initiative, Brad has championed corporate social responsibility, supporting organisations such as Rizeup and Yalari. These efforts focus on empowering communities, addressing family violence, and creating opportunities for underrepresented groups.
