Trek for Rights 2021

Since 2016, we have held a Trek (or Ride) for Rights overseas every year, providing our supporters with a window into UN Women’s work on the ground in another part of the world. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are increasingly concerned it will not be possible to safely trek together overseas in 2021.

But, this does not mean we can’t still trek together closer to home!

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us, just as we are also committed to providing you with the opportunities to connect with UN Women’s programs. With this in mind, we are now exploring the option to hold a Trek for Rights here in Australia.

This trek would provide you with an opportunity to participate in a physical challenge, raise meaningful funds for the world’s women and girls, connect with other Trekkers passionate about supporting the work of UN Women and explore the beauty of our wonderful country.

If this is something that interests you, we’d love to hear from you!

Have your say and let us know what your ideal Trek for Rights 2021 would look like.

Past participants have had this to say:

“Fantastic experience from start to finish, a great way to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone but in a supportive group and whilst seeing incredible sights and communities along the way.” – Natasha

“The Ride for Rights 2019 tour was such a special experience and a great opportunity to travel with purpose.” – Sophie
